The “Europe 4.0 Digital Citizens” project is dedicated to equipping adult learners with advanced digital skills critical for their employability and competitiveness in the future job market. It aims to bridge the digital divide by providing accessible and inclusive digital education opportunities to adult learners with limited digital skills, fostering entrepreneurship and innovation among them by enhancing digital literacy.
