Senior Project Manager

PRISM is looking for a Senior Project Manager specialised in writing and managing directly-managed European projects

The Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, from design to reporting, and is responsible for writing, planning, coordinating, controlling and/or personally executing all activities necessary to achieve project objectives, ensuring that activities are implemented efficiently and in compliance with the requirements set by the European programme and with PRISM’s quality standards.

Senior EU Grant Writer

PRISM is looking for a Senior EU Grant Writer, specialised in developing project proposals within directly-managed European programmes (such as Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, I3, COE, COSME, CERV and others)

The Senior EU Grant Writer will be responsible for the entire process of conceptualising, writing and submitting proposals, working closely with the organisation’s strategic contacts. Within the Project Design Unit, the Senior EU Grant Writer contributes to positioning PRISM at the forefront of its sector, developing strategic and innovative proposals aligned with the organisation’s mission and development priorities.

Administrative and Financial Officer

PRISM is looking for an Administrative and Financial Officer specialised in the management of European projects

The Administrative and Financial Officer supports the CFO in the management and organisation of European projects, taking particular care of project expenditure reporting and personnel cost control activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with European programme rules and adherence to PRISM’s quality standards.

Executive Secretariat

The Executive Secretariat is the hub between the Presidency and the organisation’s various functions. It supports the Management in operational, documentary and relational activities, ensuring smooth internal and external communication, agenda management and the preparation of institutional or project documentation. It includes office management and general secretarial activities, contributing to the organisation’s efficiency and the upkeep of workspaces. Its contribution is essential to the order and functionality of PRISM’s daily activities. Ideal profile

Strategy and Development

This area guides the evolution of the organisation, translating social needs into strategic directions and project opportunities. It oversees strategic focuses, manages the social report, monitors the European funding landscape and builds long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders. Project Design

The project design team develops proposals for European and international calls, in close synergy with the other functions. It monitors funding opportunities, analyses territorial needs and develops innovative, sustainable projects consistent with PRISM’s mission. It oversees every detail of the application phase, from writing to document collection. Ideal profile

Project Implementation

This area handles the operational delivery of approved projects, coordinating daily activities, managing relationships with partners and monitoring progress indicators. It ensures that outputs are delivered on time, with quality and in line with the established objectives. It is the operational heart of PRISM. Ideal profile

Communications

The Communications area integrates and coordinates internal and external communication activities. It manages the online presence, institutional materials, media relations and project communications. It also supports employer branding and event organisation, contributing to strengthening the organisation’s identity and reputation. Ideal profile

Human Resources

Manages and develops the people who are part of the organisation. It handles recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation, organisational wellbeing, skills development and support for change processes. It is a cross-functional area, central to the quality of the working experience and the sustainable growth of PRISM. Ideal profile

Administration and Finance

Ensures the financial sustainability and administrative correctness of all activities. It handles project reporting, personnel cost management, budget preparation, regulatory compliance and interaction with consultants, auditors and funding bodies. It provides cross-functional support to all departments. Ideal profile

Internships

An opportunity to grow, contribute and build the future

Joining PRISM means entering a living organisation where ideas turn into projects and projects turn into change. Every internship activated is much more than a simple shadowing period: it is an opportunity to put yourself to the test in real contexts, actively participate in the life of the organisation and contribute with your own skills to generating a concrete social impact.
We welcome interns with a personalised approach, seeking to build a training path consistent with the candidate’s aspirations and the organisation’s needs. Whether it is a first contact with the world of work or a moment of transition and growth, PRISM represents a space for learning, accountability and continuous innovation.
For this reason we support interns with experienced tutors, define clear objectives and offer opportunities to participate in tasks, meetings and moments of reflection, even beyond daily duties.

Curricular internship

  • Recipients: university, master’s, ITS or other training programme students who need to complete an internship required by their study plan.
  • Purpose: to integrate academic training with practical experience, often required for the achievement of academic credits.
  • Duration: defined by the study plan of the promoting institution.
  • Remuneration: not provided.
  • Activation: through an agreement between the promoting institution (e.g. university) and PRISM, with the definition of a training project.

Extracurricular internship

  • Recipients: people who have completed their studies and are looking for a training experience to enter or re-enter the world of work.
  • Purpose: to acquire professional skills and promote employability.
  • Duration: maximum 6 months.
  • Remuneration: mandatory, paid upon reaching at least 70% of the planned hours.
  • Activation: through an accredited promoting body (e.g. university, employment agency), with the signing of an agreement and the definition of an individual training project.
