The third press release of the School+Family Alliance presents the new Handbook for Parents: key allies for a more inclusive school

As part of the School+Family Alliance European project, the third official press release has just been published, highlighting a key resource: the Parent Handbook.

Developed through the collaboration of PRISM and international partners, the handbook is designed to strengthen the role of families in their children’s education and to create stronger school–family relationships, especially in vulnerable contexts.

What’s inside the handbook?

  • Strategies for effective communication with teachers and educators.
  • Children’s rights and how to actively participate in school life.
  • Practical tips to support students’ well-being and academic success.
  • Tools to get involved in school decision-making processes.

Parental involvement is one of the most powerful tools to reduce early school leaving and promote truly inclusive education.
