On November, 2022, PRISM Impresa Sociale srl participated in a week long mobility training hosted in Accra, Ghana capital by SEDARVP Ghana.
This was possible thanks to the project CYSD – Community based youth work and sustainable Development in EU and Africa (N. 618512-EPP-1-2020-1-IT-EPPKA2-CBY-ACPALA), going through topic like training in participatory leadership, public speaking techniques, positive thinking, self awareness, and many other leadership skills.
Additionally, participants had the chance to visit the Right Ways with the Future International School. A coaching session that involved some of the personnel and students was held at Ashaiman. This was a very enriching and powerful moment thanks to which both students and partners felt inspired and moved.
The training was full of moment of discussion among partners that discover other countries thanks to the power of cooperation.
The final result of this training was a multicultural learning by doing thanks to the intervention of many experts. Participants had the possibility to know Ghana culture, people, to talk about hot and inclusive topics, to discuss on what we can do with our daily work to decrease inequalities and to develop, in the best way possible, our communities.
