EUROPEAN RESEARCH FINDINGS

Research conducted in Bulgaria, Italy and Romania on how individual assessments are conducted for child victims and/or child suspects or accused of committing a crime in the criminal justice system who are in a especially vulnerable situation (Directive 2012/29/EU and Directive (EU) 2016/800).

Italy – Research concerning unaccompanied minors are available in English and in Italian;

Bulgaria – Research concerning unaccompanied minors, children with mental disabilities and children living in alternative are available in English and in Bulgarian;

Romania – Research concerning children with mental disabilities are available in English and in Romanian.
