PRISM is looking for an Administrative and Financial Officer specialised in the management of European projects
The Administrative and Financial Officer supports the CFO in the management and organisation of European projects, taking particular care of project expenditure reporting and personnel cost control activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with European programme rules and adherence to PRISM’s quality standards.
The Administrative and Financial Officer is primarily responsible for the following activities:
- supporting the CFO in the management and monitoring of personnel costs per project;
- managing timesheets and controlling project documentation;
- preparing interim and final financial reports;
- administrative management of expense reimbursements and related documentation;
- organising and updating the document archive;
- collaborating in the preparation of documentation required for the drafting of the annual budget;
- drafting and updating internal financial guidelines;
- supporting the CFO in the day-to-day management of contracts and administrative agreements.
The Administrative and Financial Officer at PRISM:
The person we are looking for is precise, reliable, proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information with accuracy and operational autonomy. They also possess:
- at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the financial management of European projects or within third-sector organisations;
- knowledge of the guidelines and reporting systems of the main European programmes (e.g. Erasmus+, Horizon, Interreg, REC, AMIF);
- advanced skills in administration and financial reporting;
- excellent command of Excel and familiarity with accounting and financial management software;
- good knowledge of the English language (B2 level or above).
