With its fourth newsletter, the ASPIRE4R project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, presents the results of a process that involved schools, educational communities and students in the construction of a structured peer-to-peer support model. The initiative aims to strengthen inclusion, reduce dropout rates and promote the active participation of young people at risk of exclusion, with a particular focus on Roma students and other vulnerable groups.
The model, developed and tested in vocational schools in the partner countries, is divided into six phases and focuses on collaboration between volunteers and students, enhancing skills, interests and relationships of trust. This newsletter provides an overview of the results achieved, the operational tools developed and the experiences gathered in the field.
The key event will be the Final Conference on 19 September 2025, an international forum to discuss the impact of the project and the future prospects for the dissemination and adoption of the model at European level.
