The B2Gs project team met in Barcelona for the second official project meeting, and as always, it was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, plan ahead, and strengthen our collaboration.
Over the course of two productive days, we made great progress: we finalized the content of all training modules, defined clear visual guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity in the instructional materials, and jointly reviewed the Interim Report and the quality evaluation from TPM 1.
We also dedicated time to communication and dissemination activities: we assessed the progress made so far and officially passed the torch for the next, even more dynamic phase of dissemination.
The results of our internal evaluation are clear: partner satisfaction is very high, and the project is moving forward in the right direction, with strong enthusiasm and collaboration from everyone involved.
Each meeting is a chance to strengthen the bond between partners, and the one in Barcelona was no exception. We return home motivated, aligned, and more united than ever—ready to move the project forward with passion and determination to achieve the greatest possible impact!
