NEBULA Webinars on Entrepreneurship: A practical learning experience led by JESic

On March 21, 2025, PRISM Impresa Sociale hosted a series of dynamic webinars on entrepreneurship as part of the NEBULA project. Designed to equip young people with essential entrepreneurial skills, the webinars combined practical learning with interactive activities. This initiative was made possible thanks to the collaboration with JESic (Junior Enterprise Sicilia), a student-led consultancy organization based at the University of Palermo (UNIPA)., whose members led engaging and insightful sessions that left a lasting impact on participants.

A closer look at the sessions

The webinars explored key entrepreneurial concepts through hands-on activities and group work:

– “Building a Winning Team: Choosing the Right People” – Led by Giulia Graceffa and Federica Brunelli, this session explored effective strategies for identifying talent and building cohesive teams. Participants engaged in a role-play exercise that simulated a real-life recruitment scenario, where they evaluated candidate profiles, debating who would best fit a corporate environment. This lively exercise encouraged participants to reflect on the importance of balancing skills, personality, and values when assembling a team.

– “How to Structure a Business Idea: The Business Model Canvas” – Conducted by Christopher Gallo and Alessia Gramignani, this session guided participants through the development of a Business Model Canvas. Collaboratively, attendees brainstormed creative business ideas, analyzing customer needs, crafting value propositions, and identifying potential revenue streams.

– “The 4Ps of Marketing: Building a Visual Identity” – Facilitated by Giorgia Calderone and Marta Loi, this engaging session explored the fundamentals of branding, focusing on the 4Ps of Marketing (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion). After learning key strategies for creating impactful visual identities, participants faced a final activity quiz that encouraged participants to reflect on how strong visual elements shape brand recognition and influence consumer perception.

The power of collaboration

The active involvement of JESic members was the driving force behind the success of the webinars, turning the sessions into vibrant hubs of learning and exchange. As both facilitators and peers, the JESic team engaged participants with real-life insights and hands-on activities that encouraged collaboration and creativity. Far from traditional lectures, these sessions empowered young participants — the core target group of the NEBULA project — to actively shape the learning experience.

PRISM played a supporting role by providing the platform for JESic members to take center stage, showcasing their skills and knowledge.

PRISM extends its gratitude to all participants and the dedicated JESic team for their impactful contributions.
