In the panorama of modern organisations, intercultural competence and innovation are becoming increasingly crucial. Social enterprises, with their mission to promote social change, are often at the vanguard of this revolution. In this context, PRISM is a partner in the SENIMA project, an initiative that aims to integrate the principles of social enterprise and entrepreneurship to improve intercultural competence and promote innovation.
Recognition as Good Practice
We are therefore delighted to announce that the SENIMA project has been awarded as good practice by the Polish Erasmus+ National Agency. This recognition is a testimony to the value and impact SENIMA is having in promoting intercultural innovation in social enterprises. Being recognised as a good practice means that SENIMA’s methodologies and results are considered excellent and worthy of being adopted as a model for other similar initiatives.
PRISM and all project partners have contributed significantly to the success of SENIMA by developing and implementing strategies to foster intercultural innovation, reflecting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
We will thus continue to work to expand SENIMA’s impact, supporting social enterprises in their journey of intercultural innovation and development, to address current and future global challenges.
