The wellbeing of learners, teachers and training managers is the basis for effective teaching and learning!

The Wellness2 “Learning, Teaching and Training Activity” (LTTA) event was successfully held from 11th to 15th October 2021 in Palermo – Italy, hosted by ‘PRISM Impresa Sociale s.r.l’.
The piloting training course, under the frame of the project Wellness2: A Step forward in Wellbeing in the field of Adult Education offered the participants theoretical background about how to build a positive environment in their workplace and in school, enhancing their social, organization, creative and communication competences, as well as practical guidelines and activities to be integrated in their educational communities according to the following training modules:

  • Educational framework in adult education;
  • Wellness environment;
  • Innovative activities to increase motivation;
  • Harmony of and between educational actors;
  • Flexibility of the adult education system.

These modules, based on the findings of IO1 – Map of Wellbeing in adult education, have been designed and developed by the Consortium within the framework of IO2 – Training tools which will be followed by IO3 – Protocol which will include all aspects to certify a training environment according to the Wellness parameters.
Highly interactive and participatory sessions enriched the sharing of ideas and exchange of practice between educators and trainers from the project partners: ENAEA – Estonian Non-Formal Adult Education Association (ESTONIA), Enoros Consulting Ltd (CYPRUS), FRAME – Fundacja Rozwoju Aktywności Międzynarodowej i Edukacyjnej (POLAND), ECQ – European Center for Quality (BULGARIA) and PROMIMPRESA srl (ITALY).
