On September 3-4, 2024, educators and European partners of the ENEU project gathered in Oslo, Norway, for the fourth international training session. During the event, the main project deliverables were finalized, including a manual for educators and trainers working with migrants and a manual aimed at migrants themselves, designed to facilitate their socio-professional integration in host countries. The manual for trainers stands out for its flexibility and adaptability, offering the possibility to customize teaching according to the specific needs of migrants. It is a valuable tool for training new trainers, providing effective and practical methodologies enriched with visual materials that make the learning process more dynamic and engaging. Another key feature of the manual is the promotion of a safe learning environment based on understanding and respecting cultural differences. The emphasis on empathy and inclusivity, along with the creation of shared rules, facilitates active and open participation by migrants in training programs.

Group activities highlighted the material’s ability to be adapted to various national contexts, meeting the specific needs of trainers and organizations working locally with migrants and refugees. The flexibility of the project allows it to be used in a variety of settings, such as training centers, shelters, associations, and universities, ensuring targeted and appropriate dissemination.
A crucial aspect of the project is the focus on creating a safe and welcoming training environment, where individual assessments of participants allow the training path to be tailored to their personal experiences and specific needs, ensuring an effective and sustainable integration process.
