The @hit methodology as a tool for the ‘dialogue in transition’

‘@Home In Transition’, (@HIT), as an innovative global initiative/methodology that follows the concept of co-designing (with the target population) an ‘Adaptable Development/Enrichment System In Transition’, targets different contexts of Transition, and especially areas with displaced and vulnerable populations who are either hosted in reception centres or spread across the urban fabric of the cities. The methodology is the result of years of studies and meetings with the target group in order to offer a methodology that facilitates all current actions and initiatives aimed at people with a migration background and makes them sustainable over time.

PRISM Impresa Sociale srl, in the scope of the ENEU project – “Emporweneurship for Newcomers in Europe” (no. 2021-1-NO01-KA220-ADU-000033809), which aims to provide entrepreneurship training tools addressed to an audience of potential migrant entrepreneurs, organised a training activity on 30 November and 1 December 2022, at the Oratorio Santa Chiara, in the Ballarò district.

The objective of the training, which involved various local and European realities and stakeholders, was to create a network to structure a strategy to enhance the self-reliance of vulnerable communities by encouraging self-managed actions. With the facilitation of trainer Niloufar Gharavi, the focus was on sharing knowledge on business development.

The ENEU project does not end here. There are still many more activities to be organised.
