The first issue of the newsletter for the European project “AI in Higher EDU – AI-Powered Teaching Guidance for Educators,” funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program (code 2024-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000254017), has been released.
The project, which involves universities from six European countries, aims to support higher education faculty in the informed and ethical integration of artificial intelligence into their teaching practice.
This first newsletter presents the results of the first two phases of work: an in-depth analysis of current teaching methodologies and the most effective points of integration for AI tools, conducted through over 120 questionnaires and focus groups with university faculty; and the development of three practical training modules, already tested in pilot workshops with more than 90 participants, including faculty and education students.
An ambitious initiative aimed at transforming university education by placing the real needs of educators at the center.
