The project is now moving into one of its most dynamic phases. Following the successful round of local workshops, the project teams have shifted their focus to the core activity of Work Package 4: matching young NEETs with employers across the six partner countries.

On-the-job training and mentoring are already underway in many locations. Youth workers are supporting young people through personalised action plans, while employers are testing and adapting the mentoring tools developed earlier in the project.

In May 2025, the consortium met in Palermo for the fourth Transnational Project Meeting hosted by PRISM. This gathering was an important opportunity to review national activities, coordinate upcoming deliverables, and begin finalising the Implementation Guide. Beyond the technical work, the meeting also allowed partners to reflect on the human impact of the project and on how the tools developed are supporting both young participants and those working alongside them.

Insights from this phase will directly shape the final version of the Implementation Guide, ensuring a strong, adaptable model for future use.
