PRISM the only Italian partner in the upgrade2europe project

PRISM is part of a new European initiative aimed at supporting educational institutions, small and medium-sized organizations (SMOs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the service sector to face the challenges of international work in Europe. The value of these companies can increase by exploiting the opportunities that Europe offers, and the upgrade2europe project is a springboard towards international activities managed by a partnership of professionals. PRISM is the only Italian representative in a partnership made up of organizations from Germany, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Estonia and Hungary. Specifically, the PRISM staff will be engaged in the creation of multimedia contents aimed at professional training.

Through collaboration with experts, videos will be created that will explain the potential of the project and will involve users in training activities, facilitating the Europeanization of their businesses. Their companies and organizations will overall be more competitive, able to create new jobs in the medium and long term and able to strengthen Europe as an economic space. The project has a duration of 3 years and the resources created will be available on the project website.

In the initial months, the partners engaged in numerous online meetings to define implementation strategies in each country involved. For the following months it is hoped to return to normality to allow the organization of international meetings in presence.
