The widespread shift to remote work, due to the pandemic, is here to stay, many companies are implementing a hybrid model (partly remote, partly at the office). With the project we want to decrease gender gap and prevent burnout in organizations by identifying difficulties for women working remotely.
During the implementation phase, we will gather women’s stories and understand their challenges in order to create training material for HR managers, managers and leaders so that we can be a part of preventing burnout among employees working remotely and social exclusion of women in the workplace leading to an increased inequality.
